Over the years Chanelle has modelled some very sexy underwear and I'm sure she has been offered allot of money in the past to model topless but has always kept the good stuff under wraps! But since her recent come back after her baby and then boob job it had started tongues wagging again and now we have finally got the answer we have all been hoping for, Chanelle Hayes has agreed to a topless photo shoot and it's a special day for us all!

Chanelle's new boobs have been going down very well with a resurgence of men's mag appearances and it looks like she has shed her baby weight maybe not the traditional way but hey what ever works for you hunnie! Whatever way she has done it she looks good and is back on form.
I suppose when your main source of income is your body it's kind of a big deal and if you're adverse to a bit of exercise and you have the money to to it surgically then fair play.
The results certainly don't look bad from this angle!

After a trip to Belgium Chanelle Hayes returns home with a new body.
Keen to get back to work after her baby Chanelle opts to get some surgical help to get her body back to her sexy self.
While at the clinic in Belgium Chanelle got a boob job and liposuction on her thighs and arms, apparently the new look brings her to a size 6! well I'm no expert but from the image in Closer magazine it doesn't look like a size 6 to me!
Hopefully Chanelle will work on the progress with some more traditional methods such as a good diet and some exercise.
Only 15 weeks after giving birth to the interestingly named "Blakely" Chanelle has vowed to get back to her Glamor Modeling Career as soon as humanly possible. Chanelle admits that she is quite obsessive about her body sice gettintg pregant, she is so keen to loose the baby weight she has even enrolled herself into a fat fighting boot camp that is also attended by Kerry Katona and Darren Day.. That must be an interesting support group!
Anyway.. It seems Chanelle is determined to get back to work just as soon as she can so I'm sure we wil be seing that tiny touche back in the weekly mags before long.. We've all missed it!!
Today is the day Chanelle Hayes gave birth to a baby boy, she tweeted from her bed: "20th July 2010, happiest day of my life. I'm a Mummy and my baby is beautiful."
Congrats Chanelle, glad you and the baby are well, are real turning point in your life hunnie, we all hope you enjoy the ride!
Life as a single Mum may take some getting used to but I'm sure she will have plenty of help from friends and family.
It will be interesting to see how quickly she bounces back and sheds that baby weight, I'm sure it wont be long before she is in the gym working to get that fabulous body back.
So what now? Will this spell the end of Chanelle in the spotlight or will we see her and her new baby across all the gossip mags before long? Who knows.. Watch this space to find out!
She's almost unrecognizable as the Chanelle Hayes we all know and love! Some people gain weight more than others during pregnancy and I'm not about to blame her for it but lets just hope she can bounce back when it's time to get back to work. Considering allot of the work she does is sexy lads mag photo shoots she will certainly have to tone up to meet the grade.

Now heavily pregnant Chanelle decides to dump jack Tweed just before she is due to give birth to her first child. Hormones? Who knows but its not like she's gunna be on the dating scene any time soon!
I would have stuck with what I'd got personally but you never know what went on and I'm sure she had good reason. That or she went nuts on a mars bar induced sugar rush and decided she wanted to get back with Ziggy!
